Hi Team,
I am from Dicks Sporting Goods and we have subscription enabled for both iOS and Android for our MOVE application. We had issues day before and the subscriptions got disabled in the Fitbit portal, Earlier we used to get an email, notifying that the subscriptions are disabled asking to take necessary actions, But we are not getting them from Fitbit.
Can someone please help in enabling subscriptions notifications ? Or If there is any place where I can signup for notifications from Fitbit dev portal.
Thanks for your time in advance.

Hi @DSGTeam,
I've confirmed with the team that we've never sent an email notifying when a subscription has been disabled. You might be referring to the emails you receive for when a user deletes their Fitbit account?
Can you send me an example of the email that you were receiving?

Hi John,
Thanks for your reply, I am referring to the email below. This is sent when the subscription is disabled in the fitbit dev portal.
Subject: [EXTERNAL] Fitbit API subscriber for "DICK'S Mobile App for Android" has been disabled
This is an automated notice from the Fitbit API.
Your application DICK'S Mobile App for Android has been configured to use the Fitbit Subscriptions API. It was failing to respond properly to notification requests from the Fitbit API, so your subscriber was disabled.
To restore access, please confirm your application meets Fitbit's Subscription API implementation requirements documented at *
Then, go to your Fitbit application settings page, check the 'enable' box by your application's subscriber, and click save.

@DSGTeam Thanks for the example. I'll follow up with the team and update you when I find out more information.
