Thank you for reporting this problem.   Would you please let me know what mobile device you're testing?   I've tried on iOS and the page looks correct.   Also, would you please private message me the URL for that page?

Thanks for getting back, reproduced now on iOS 14.2, iPhone Pro Max. My colleague also experience it constantly with iPhone X iOS 14.x.

Both with Safari as a default web browser by the way. On Android it's fine.

One user that reported this is using iPhone 7 Plus.

The URL used is https://www.fitbit.com/oauth2/authorize

Thank you, @pepejeria    However, I'm looking for the complete https://account.fitbit.com... of the signin page.

Hi sorry forgot before to post the URL - however I understood it like @pepejeria - that's the URL we give in our iOS native app for the web view. I'm not familiar the URL you mentioned (https://account.fitbit.com.)

I'll send in a private message the full URL of 'authorize' end point.

Hi, I am also experiencing the issue on iPhone 11 Pro Max 13.6. We are unable to interact with the password textfield and so our users are unable to login. This is also observed int he Safari browser. Would there be an update coming soon to resolve this issue? Thanks.

Hi everyone,

I have tried reproducing this problem with my own iOS device using the authorize URL, and I do not see if the problem.   It might be something specific with your application.   If there is a way I can reproduce this problem by downloading your application, please PM me the details.   Thank you!

More details for everyone - it's not related to device type or browser type; it's the OS version.

It won't work on iOS 14.2, and will work on iOS 14.4.2 and iOS 14.5.

It was broken by the 28th of April 2021.

Hi everyone,

We've been able to reproduce this issue and currently working on a fix.   It appears a workaround would be to have your users update their iPhone to the latest recommended version by Apple.   iOS 14.5 was released on 4/28.   I cannot reproduce the problem on iOS 14.4.2 and 14.5.

My apps will do that to for me I got a new iPhone that circle in the bottom right corner for me can’t be there cause my app I’m in aren’t all the way into the browsers. I half over another app. You might try to click it which will take you to a browser. I hope that helps
