Food, Exercise, and Water Intake logs not interactive when using API to add to 3rd party platform

Using the API we have added FitBit functionality and displays in our Health and Wellness Platform and App. Issue is that it displays the logs (Food, Exercise, Water), but it will not allow the user to input any information.

 

Has someone run into this and is there something we can do to correct this?

@apportis, would you provide me with an example Fitbit API call where the user is trying to input data and it is failing?   I'll research this problem for you.
