I managed to upload my food log entry with my application via "foodName" request. I also used every optional field provided by the API to log nutritional values or datas (brand, fats, proteins, vitamins...). The question is: is there a way I can check those details out from the fitbit web-portal/application (I just want to read them, I don't want to modify them) or is it possibile only by creating the private food first or in another external application which reads the food log entries via API? Because right now I can't access my own logs' details in Fitbit portals (it won't let me click or tap to see details on the log).
Thank You,
Enrico

@enricobotti I've moved your post to the Web API board so that it gets visibility on a more relevent board.
Hope you find the answer you're looking for!

@enricobotti To clarify you're looking for a page similar to this one: https://www.fitbit.com/foods/Zero/14743557 right? Unfortunately there isn't anyway to view more details like this for a food logged with the "foodName" api, you can see the macronutrient balance and brand on https://www.fitbit.com/foods/log. You are correct that creating a private food (via https://dev.fitbit.com/docs/food-logging/#create-food) would let you view the complete nutritional details online.
Thanks for being a Fitbit Api User!
