We have asked for credentials via the FitBit website case no (29422703) but other than an acknowledgment, of the request, we have not had any other contact. Who should we contact regarding the "fitbit intraday data". When we called the API, we got the following message:

When can we expect an API that will get us Intraday data? What is the process? Who do we need approval from? BTW Dax Bells from Zudy is also trying to get the same credentials.

The Intraday request was made by Dax. I reached out to him and we are making progress on his request. All further updates will be made through the case, not this forum post.
