Getting support related to specific user accounts

I've requested assistance via https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/help/ related to particular user accounts a few times over the past few months, but have never received a response. I just submitted another inquiry there. Is there anyone here who can help me get a response?

The process was different this time. Submitting the form opened a ticket and emailed me. Fitbit did follow up, and we got the issue resolved. Thanks!
