HR Data extraction every second

I need to extract HR data with one measurelent every second. I have a fitbit Charge 4. I have gotten access to the HR data through the API and it's down sampled to 5-20 second when I haven't started a training record, and the sampling rate is 3 second when I'm recording any kind of training.

I would like to find a way to get HR measurements every second.

Hi @Syrine_slim 

The behavior you're seeing is correct.  When not in exercise mode, the device should sample heart rate data every 1-10 seconds, and in exercise mode, every 1-3 seconds.  The sampling you're observing is a little more than I would expect.  This could be caused by how tight the device is worn on the wrist or how often you're syncing the device with the mobile app.
