Heart Rate scope VS activity collection and subscription

Hello,

 

I would like to understand how to manage properly the subscriptions to be made based on the scope granted by the user.

 

If a user check heart rate but not the activity scope, should we still add a subscription for the activity collection?

 

How should we manage all these kinds of specific scope VS subscriptions needed?
