Heart rate vs Pulse rate?

I use a Microlife Blood Pressure machine (MBP), it measures Pulse rate, which is invariably at odds with my Fit Bit (FB) which measures Heart rate.
Today for example: MBP = 115, while at the same time FB = 69 ....Yikes! that's a big difference! Which device is more accurate?
