How often does the app sync with the FitBit Charge 4?

We are trying to pull in real-time heart rate or activity data, however it looks like it depends on how often the app syncs with the devices. We were wondering how often the automatic sync happens and if there is a way to change that and have it update every 30s/minute or so. 

We are using the Heart Rate Time Series Intraday API - https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/heart-rate/

Hi @vanand  auto sync is about every twenty minutes or if there is activity to upload to the Fitbit servers. You can read about the process here - click. An open app begins the sync or it can be requested to sync now.
