I want to use data from fitbit device to my own android application.(Ex. restful API)

Does Fitbit has own API for offering data to developers?

 

Ex) get a heart-rate data from device -> apply it to my own android app(ex. chatbot) 

-> use the data on my own.

Fitbit has a Web API which you can use to get data in your android application.
