I've seen others have this issue, but my IP (home wifi) has been banned by Cloudflare. I have verified that on my work laptop, I can still view Fitbit through the VPN, but I unfortunately do not have that access for my mobile device.
I'm in the middle of working out a Cognito OAuth flow for our Fitbit app and I'm guessing the repeated attempts and redirects may have raised a flag on Cloudflare's end.

Sorry to hear that you are encountering IP issues and I'll be happy to investigate.
Could you PM me a screenshot of the Cloudflare message you are seeing as well as provide me with what url/host you are trying to access when encountering the error? Do you also get this error on every request or just sometimes? If you can also share what your application was doing up until you saw this message, please provide that information as well.
