Hi everyone.
I'm trying to extract HRV data from my Charge 2 to test out data (developing app for personal uses)
Is this achievable through the Heart Rate intraday time series?
Thank you

This site will let you get the most detailed heart rate data that's available. You can then process it to see whether it's sufficient to reveal the variability you seek.
Heart rate values are typically available at 5-second intervals, so if you seek any finer resolution than that, you might be in trouble.

@SNAOHow did you go... I ask, because from another site, all I get is the HR every 2.7 seconds. 22 points/minute.
Occasionally I use the App Elite HRV with a Polar H7 chest strap, export that data from the phone, and input it into Kubios HRV Standard... The only cost is the Polar H7 Bluetooth chest strap.
I'm still trying to come to grips with the reports. I started this because Fitbit haven't given us any information about HRV and it definitely helps if we know. In the morning when I run the HRV test it tells me whether I'm ready for more activity or slow down.
I'm trying to pick up my cardio acknowledged missing heart beat. The specialists noticed, when it misses a beat, it does a couple of quick catchups. Born with it, and my Fitbit RHR is 49-54 depending on my environment and my Fitbit Vo2Max is 43-47 for a 77 year old.. All genetic according to my doctors..
