Need Help on 'Register an application'

I am trying to create an Android sample application. I am however overwhelmed by the amount of information asked through on the 'Register an application' page. I do not have any application website, organization or organization website for creating a prototype. Can you please advise?

http://localhost should work.

All the values you enter you'll be able to update later. So if you are not sure just enter random valies and you'll be able to edit them later when needed.
