New App

Hello everyone, I have an idea for an app. that does not seem to be out there yet, and would love to make it, unfortunately for me, I have no idea where to start, I have read through all the documents provided, but I can't seem to find a clear path to follow in order for it to happen, and as I have no knoweledge of how to make an app. it would be great to get a simplified step by step guide on how to commence. If anybody can help me out I would highly appreciate it, thank you everyone.
