Hello,

 

Does anyone can tell me if the number of request for the inspire 2 has a limit? One week ago I was able to visualize [activities-heart], now this information is emty and I am getting the same data alll the time. No new data is beong displayed anymore.

Hi @Lady_Stardust26 ,

 

The limitation you described does not exist for any of our devices.   Are you syncing the Inspire 2 device with the mobile application regularly, and can see the data in the Fitbit mobile application?   If so, the data should be available through the Web API.   At which time, please following these directions to confirm the user account.
