This isn't API related, as it's a feature of iOS. We have a dedicated forum for feature requests.

There is currently no official Fitbit and Apple health kit integration.

Fitbit should consider figuring out how to integrate with the health app - there are plenty of alternative exercise devices that are integrated.   I like the fitbit and have encouraged several members of my family to use Charges and Ones.   But if there is not integration I will migrate away from Fitbit.   I now have four years of data on the Fitbit dashboard.  Please consider making this itegration.

Hi,

You may not be able to ever sync your Flex™ tracker to Fitbit with an official integration, but you can use Sync Solver, which allows you to sync your Fitbit stats to your Apple Health app.
