Please Fix Multiple Integration Issues

Dear Fitbit Customer Service;

 

It really troubles me that Fitbit has not bought or created any links to;

1.  Its own recipe book/collector. 

2 Fitness equipment ( i.e. Garmin or iFit (from NordictTraclk)

3. or also hasn't made itself available to crossover users:

     -  Those using another platform but using a Fitbit scale

     -  Those using a Fitbit scale but another platform

     -  or any combination of the above

 

What is your future business Strategy?   Because the way I see it; if these integration don't happen then you will be out of business.

 

Just think of the loss of business you have for not connecting to a recipe apps with adds.  That alone should be in the Millions.

 

I am not an expert, but business school taught me too not miss out on an opportunity.

P.S. if there is an opportunity to lead a project to accomplish this I have the ability to do so and might be willing to switch fields of interest.

Hi @Rock_G . Fitbit Customer Service does not read or respond to posts in this forum. We are simply Fitbit people trying to help other Fitbit people. I would suggest you search the New Feature Suggestion forum. If you find any of your ideas there ... vote for them.  If not, post your ideas one at a time so others may vote for them. This is where developers gage interest in new ideas.
