Aggregation of Updates:
Fitbit makes a best effort to aggregate multiple updates within a short time frame into a single notification.
We found this in the above details in the fitbit API doc.
Question:
We need to know that, the count in the messages coulmn for a notification contains single user details or mulitiple users?
(Ex: if a notification contains 10 messages, all are for single user or multiple user?)
