Hi @aurther_morgen

The data through the Web API is not real-time, so to speak. You get the data after the user syncs which occurs about every 15 minutes automatically. The Heart Rate intraday data will display the heart rate data in different increments. See https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/intraday/get-heartrate-intraday-by-date/
