I am tasked to download FitBit data for my organization. I work for a hospital and the research team here has issued Surge to all research subjects. We need to download the sleep data for these subjects for analysis. What is the best way to get data for multiple users using API?

Build an application:
the application part is:

1.) authenticate the users,
2.) backend for downloading fitbit data
3.) database for store the user data
4.) scedule jobs for get data periodically
