Retrieving MobileTrack data from the API

Does the step and other tracked data captured via MobileTrack available via the API?  We have users who have connected their Fitbit account to our application, and we are able to pull the step information for users with a device but not for users using MobileTrack.  Thanks.

MobileTrack data is exposed through the same endpoints as our device data, so you should see step data for those users. What endpoint are you calling, and what kind of response are you getting?
