Sensitivity of sleep breaks

Hi guys

I'm wondering if there is any sort of documentation on what consitutes a restless sleep as opposed to breaking into a separate sleep. Is there a minimum time of movement that is required?

Thanks

David

I appologize we don't have documentation around this.

A general answer can be found at http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/Sleep-tracking-FAQs

  • A restless state of sleep indicates that your body transitioned from a very restful position with little movement to movement, such as turning over in bed. This doesn't necessarily mean that you were fully awake or cognizant of your movements, but it may indicate that you were not getting the most restful sleep possible at that time.

Unfortunately I don't have any further information that I can provide.
