I lost my steps while syncing to phone. But scenario is way different when this happened
I forgot to charge my Fitbit alpha and it died because of no charge.
I charged it after two days, and immediately went for run and long walk.
The time shown on the Fitbit was not the correct time, because after charging I didn't sync it to phone
So after stepping , in the later part of the day, when I synced to phone, I lost all the steps for that particular day.
I thought, during stepping the time in Fitbit was past , in the phone the stepping must have been update on past days. But it was not the case.
Can you check this issue.
