TCX Files sometimes return a 429 without the retry-after header?

Hi--

 

It seems that sometimes when we download a TCX file and encounter the 429 error, we do not receive the Retry-After header in that request.  In such cases, we are current calculating our own, however, it would be nice if we didn't have to.  Thanks.

Can you share the full HTTP response (headers and body)?
