Web API - Intraday for Server, 3rd-party developer request form not work!?

We're aware the web form does not work.  We hope to have it fixed later today.

Can you contact me when the modification is completed?
Are you sure you are still supporting that feature?
The direction of development should be quickly determined and proceeded based on the availability of the function.

Hi everyone. 

We believe we have fixed the web form.   Would you please try it again?  If it still doesn't work for you, try clearing out your browser history, cache and cookie, then try it again.
