Hi, I have created and enabled the webhook endpoint and successfully verified it. But I am not able to receive any data. There is no incoming data at all even after I had tried to do some activities. I am able to see the data updates in the android Fitbit app but the webhook endpoint does not receive anything. I had logged the incoming data just in case. I have also created Fitbit account from another email and checked but turns out that isn't working too. Please help me breakthrough this problem as soon as possible. Thanks.

I checked our logs and do not see a widespread reduction in notifications today. If you're still not receiving the notifications, would you please provide me with your client ID and the timeframe when your subscriber stopped receiving notifications?

Hi, here is my client ID: 23S2M5. The timeframe could be anywhere from December 20th 2024 till current date.
