displaying step count inside html

Hi I am looking to display the amount of steps I take and pull them into a counter that displays on my website. I have a pretty average knowledge of web dev so I am looking for a plugin or some code that will help me pull my steps in to be displayed on a HTML site.

Does this already exsist or could somebody help me with this ?
