- Is there a way that I can access the interbeat intervals (from the PPG signal, the time between each new ventricular contraction) at a beat-to-beat time resolution? For example, is it possible to achieve this via a special setting, a Premium subscription, an API, or a third-party app you may know of?
- If not at a beat-to-beat level, what is the highest time granularity I can achieve for heart period?

Hello @ms1358 and welcome to the Community. I moved your post to the Web API forum, a better fit for your questions. You can browse this forum for other threads on the same topic and you might find your answer. The developers monitor this forum and you might get a developer's answer here, too.

Hi @ms1358
The HRV intraday data set will give you some interbeat data in 5 minute increments. See https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/intraday/get-hrv-intraday-by-date/. The intraday data set will expose the heart rate in 1sec increments. See https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/intraday/get-heartrate-intraday-by-date/.
