Hello, I am new to the forum. A long-standing Fitbit user.
I am trying to use the Fitbit Web API with the iOS Shortcuts app to log water. (The goal will be to use an NFC tag on my water bottle to trigger the iOS Shortcuts Action.)
Has anyone used this API with iOS Shortcuts who could point me in the right direction please? My fear is that iOS Shortcuts doesn’t natively support Oauth 2.0. I was hoping this would be as simple as registering an app with Fitbit and passing in my client secret in a JSON URL step in the action.
Any experience with iOS Shortcuts would be much appreciated please. Thank you, Sawood

Hi @Sawood
I'm not sure if this is exactly the same thing that you're asking for, but we do have a feature suggestion to support iOS shortcuts on the forums. See https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Add-iOS-shortcuts-integration-for-quick-log/idi-.... If it is, please vote for the feature so PM knows how many people are interested.

Thank you, Gordon, I have commented there. I'll work out how to 'vote', not sure what that means yet.
My thread here is the complicated workaround I would need without that feature suggestion being implemented (i.e. today). Thanks.
