When requesting e.g. https://api.fitbit.com/1/user/-/activities/restingHeartRate/date/{from}/{to}.json, how far apart can "from" and "to" be?

I apologize. There were several major errors on that page. We are fixing them now. For day-level data, we recommend a 1 month max and for intraday data, we recommend a 1 day max.
