some webhooks working others not

hi I have around 60 or so apps for various sites and I have discovered that webhooks are only working for some sites and not others.

For the ones that they are not working on, the subscriptions are all verified but when I try to connect I get a bad subscriber ID and I notice that the Default radio button is not selected for the apps that aren't working whereas the ones that are working, the default radio button is checked when viewing the existing subscription.

When I try to select the default radio button and save it again, it still remains unchecked even though the subscription has been verified.

When trying to connect I am seeing this error:

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on this and if it is related to the default radio button not able to be saved?

Hi @scottdogs 

Have you tried dropping the subscriber then re-adding it?   If so, what happens?
