Can you include Nutrient Data in Food Updates?

When you call the Edit Food Log endpoint (https://api.fitbit.com/1/user/[user-id]/foods/log/[food-log-id].json), is it possible to include nutrient data, e.g. carbohydrates, protein, etc. in the call? The API documentation suggests you can only update calories which means we would need to delete the existing record and send a new one if we wanted to send other nutrition data for an updated record.

To answer my own question; a Food enty sent using just a foodname and not a foodId cannot be updated anyway so the issue is moot. Only solution is to delete the entry and recreate it in which case all of the nutrient data can be sent again.
