I've been unable to load music to my Fitbit Ionic as each time I attempt to select personal music from the media section it briefly displays playlists then crashes.  I've reinstalled the app several times wiping out the old footprint each time with no luck. Anyone else have this experience?

I'd recommend following the steps I've posted here to solve the issue you're having when trying to load your music.
