87 Yr old mother in law can't sync her Zip

My 87 yr old mother in law loves her fitbit zip.  She tries to be active.  She doesn't have a cell phone and is challenged by tech!  How can I help her get her Fitbit Zip synced?  It seems like it requires an app - but an app is not PC friendly.

Hi @My87YroldMother the Windows app was removed October 2022, so you'll need to have a compatible device to set up and sync. Click to see what is compatible. As long as there is wi-fi, a tablet might work for syncing. Just so you know, there are members of the forum who are in their 90s! If you lived close, you could have your cellphone or tablet set up to sync for her. The Zip doesn't need to sync daily as it holds a lot of data in it.
