Active minutes disappeared from my dashboard and I can't add it back

Active minutes disappeared from my dashboard and I can't add it back - it says I have added all available fields.  did this field go away?

Hello @Duqu5 we are on the Zip hardware board. 

May i ask which dashboard you may be looking at? Is it on the phone App, and which phone, or on the web.

I've had this happen as well-multiple times. I usually use a desktop, but it's also happened on my laptop. For some reason, the zip goes 'dark' and quits tracking. It does reactivate, after multiple taps, but regardless, I've lost all activity I've done up to that point.
