Last week I purchased a Fitbit Zip and have successfully added it to the same account that I use for my Fitbit Flex.
The only problem I have so far is that the Zip now that it added to this account DOES NOT have a seperate Dashboard for the Zip under that same account.
Is this normal I did want too see the 2 separate Dashboards but there doesn't appear too be one if you have two Fitbits under the one account.
Do I have to use a seperate email for the Zip to get a different Dashboard or is there something I'm not doing when I sync them as I sync them seperately.
I'm still using the Flex as well as the Zip.

same dashboard
so, yes, you must have 2 accounts.
but i don't see any interest.
having and syncing 2 devices is made to avoid wearing something inadequate depending you're doing.

It's great to see you around the forums @FayP and @SunsetRunner! In this case @SunsetRunner is correct and you'll need to get 2 accounts if you wish to see 2 different dashboards.
Please see the guide "Can I use more than one tracker with the same account?" for further assistance.
Let me know if you have any questions, happy stepping!

If you have two accounts (one for each tracker), both trackers will transfer the information to its own Dashboard. In case you decide to link both trackers just to one account, for example with multitracker you can count on a dashboard that accurately and seamlessly tallies your day's steps from Flex, your evening run and cool-down walk from Surge, and your sleep record from the tracker you find most comfortable at night.
Our research and testing found that potential customers were interested in wearing trackers simultaneously only if doing so provided more features than a single tracker, which is not the case with Fitbit trackers. No combination of trackers is more helpful or accurate than a single tracker.
So while there's no benefit to wearing trackers at the same time, we wanted to make sure that if a customer forgot to take a tracker off before putting on another we could still present the most accurate information possible on the dashboard. We do that by running algorithms that reconcile the overlapping data according to certain criteria. All Fitbit trackers are highly accurate when worn correctly, so prioritizing the data of one tracker over another is usually arbitrary. For that reason we're unable to answer more specific questions about how overlapping data is reconciled. For best results and the most accurate dashboard, switch your trackers and remember to sync each one before removing it.
Lastly, if you're a person who enjoys comparing the data from two or more different trackers, we recommend creating a unique account for each tracker (as you have done). Fitbit accounts are always free and you'll be able to compare dashboards. Visit our help site at https://help.fitbit.com/ for a host of accuracy articles (one per product) that address subtle differences in trackers and what you can do to ensure accuracy.
