After Samsung update G950USQU5SDSC1 (2 Days ago) Zip will not sink!

My zip stopped syncing in Feb when I updated the OS on my galaxy S9. The only way I can get it to work is to take the battery out. FitBit customer service is only responsive on Twitter. But good luck, I still wear mine but I'm not taking the battery out everyday.
