After only a month my Zip doesn't work at all

I have had my zip for a month.  Yesterday it had a blank screen even after tapping it so figured it must have had a dodgy battery and replaced it.  Still have a blank screen.  Every now and then for no reason the screen will display for a second or two then go blank again.  I can't seem to get it to do anything. 
Has anyone else had the same issue?  What can I do?
I have contacted customer support but thought I would try in here as well.

I did try playing with the contacts before but obviously I didn't play with the little one enough as it seems to be working now.  Thank you!

Thanks for the remedy. Did what u suggested and it is working for now. We shall see. The battery power was a little below medium so I changed the battery too.

My zip is a month old and it stop working.  I tried the troubleshoot that has been suggested by it didn't owrk.  Do you have any other suggestion?

Hey you @sblady99 Woman Very Happy, hope you're doing great! Hmmm... if you have tried the suggestions that my friend @Rich_Laue has shared with no luck, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support directly so they can give you a hand on this.
