Basic set up of the Ultra still possible?

OK, I'll admit up front that this isn't a suggestion, but a question (since there is no forum for the Ultra any longer).

I used to have an Ultra, but ended up losing it. There are tons of people dumping their Ultras on eBay now that Fitbit has dumped that product. Does anyone know if it's possible to set the local time on an Ultra via the desktop app?

I'm not asking or expecting Fitbit to sync any data. I'm willing to manually record the steps and floors climbed at the end of each day. I'm just wondering if it's possible to set the Ultra's internal clock (and possibly the username on the device) locally from my PC now that Fitbit has killed the server side.
