Battery dead in two months

My battery is two months old. This is a replacement zip.

about two weeks the battery read brown, and today

the display is dead.

Strange the battery life on my iOS does not reveal a dead battery. It's still brown?

Thanks for taking a break from stepping @brucesharon to visit the Community! This sounds odd.

I would recommend checking the metal spring inside the Zip's battery compartment. Sometimes your tracker will have battery issues when this is bent. Here is a picture of how it should look like:zip.png
