I have had trouble with battery, replacing battery after battery. I'm on my second replaced Fitbit.
I noticed that when I am on wifi and I sync my tracker the battery (brand new) indicated low battery. However, when I am NOT connected to wifi and I sync it goes back to a full battery- which is what it should be.
Wondering if anyone else is having this problem
I contacted Fitbit and they said a new update is coming out.

Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community @LouiseSimp! As suggested by Support we were experiencing some issues with the battery life and the iOS app.
However, there is a new app update than can solve this. Double check if you have access to the app update, if not please check in later to see if the update has been added. To know how to update your iOS app, check this post.
Keep me posted! 🙂
