I just got a brand new Zip purchased on Amazon. The unit is not tracking steps. I have logged 404 steps using the Stepz app on my phone and my Zip is showing 70 steps. It's synching fine and shows full battery and the correct time. I did the restart thing noted in other forum posts but it's still not working. What next? Do I need to return this unit? Help.
