What does this mean? Please explain in first grade understanding haha. I'm so confused here. I just got my fit but and I need some help
Calories in are how many calories you take in - how many you eat.
Calories out are how many you burn off - exercise.
If you want to lose weight, generally speaking, you need more calories out than you take in.
Fitbit allows you to setup a food plan so that, for example, you are -500 calories.... meaning you burn off (out) 500 more calories than you eat (in).
Hope this helps!
