Can't connect zip with my fitness pal

Wondering if anyone can help with this please? Every time I try to connect I'm taken to a page that says they are experiencing an internal server problem and to try again later. I've been trying for a little under a week! Thank you.

I went and chatted online. They told me to revoke my access and give mfp access again. I did that and the same issue is happening. They then told me to contact mfp about. I was not impressed with customer service at all. Jose was extremely rude and argued with me like I didn't know what I was doing . Ugh

No, afraid not. I got an e mail from them telling me how to connect it. I already know how, it was the fact it just wouldn't work!

I've sent an email to mfp as well. I get no response. Not impressed with customer service
