I am trying to set up a new Zip on FitBit Connect, but am having issues. I got a replacement zip when mine had issues. I go into Connect and click on Setup new FitBit device. I click Existing User and sign in with no problems. But when I get to the "tell us about yourself" page and click "update profile", I get a black circle that spins around and I never get to the next screen, even after 30 minutes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Connect but it's still not letting me past the "update profile" screen. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

I'm not sure why it is asking to update the profile on an existing sccount. You should be able to go straight to the add tracker routine
A can also be done through a phone apo

Hi there @iluvgolf18 welcome aboard to our Community. Good to see you too @Rich_Laue.
Certainly the spinning circle error is not an expected behavior, although when you are setting up a tracker using the Fitbit Connect, when you choose the option of Existing user, it will ask you to update your profile again. This is normal just to clarify this information.
Now I wonder how it goes @iluvgolf18? its been a couple of weeks since you posted your concern, I just want to give follow up with you if the issue still persist.
