I can't get the data to sync up to the school group. Where it shows the stats of everyone, has a leaderboard for most steps ect.

Okay this just keeps getting worse and worse.

I made that on my phone when I first recieved the fitbit, sycnd the fitbit and the phone. But i guess thats different than doing it on a PC. So now i have two accounts, one in the group and the one thats not in the group has all the stats on it. Can a mod combine the two accounts somehow ? Its the same email so i don't even know whats going on.

Hello @ChrisS87, welcome aboard to our Community. Unfortunately either Mods or Customer Support hast the ability to merge accounts, as this option is not available.
I recommend to use only one account, either if you are on your phone or PC. This is the reason your group is not updating your numbers, since the information recorded by your tracker is scramble on your two accounts and it wont give you accurate numbers if you sync in two accounts.
The only solution I can recommend here, is to use only one account, and keep syncing with that account even if you are on your computer or your phone. Note that the Fitbit account is not determine if you have different emails accounts for your PC and your mobile device. Just sign in with the same credentials of your Fitbit account regardless of the device you are using, so you can have access to the same information across all the platforms.
If you are going to choose one I suggest the one that has the group so you don't have to create a new one.
Optionally you can contact our Support guys to request the deletion of your other account.
