Charge 3 lines across display and tracking not working

Hey there,

 

My Charge 3 has recently had white lines across the display. I’ve tried the hard reset and changing my clock face but neither of those seem to have helped. 

The sleep tracker also is no longer working and the heart rate monitor is tracking about 30bpm higher than what it should be - it’s saying I’m in cardio mode for 15 hours a day!

 

I’ve taken it off for now as I was having some heart worries and the high bpm was stressing me out, but I would like to wear it again as I want to track calories burned, etc. 

How can I fix this / get this repaired? I got this Fitbit for Christmas and I’d really like to use it again.

@SDfit123 you're in the Zip forum, not Charge3, but I've still got great news for you! As your Fitbit is only 9-10 months old, it's covered under warranty! There's actually an online tool 🤓
