Converting other activities into steps on fitbit

Why doesn't Fitbit convert activities, like swimming, to steps when entered into "track my exercise"?

You could put in a request in the Features Forum or see if anyone has already suggested it and add your vote to their request. A request with lots of votes is more likely to be evaluated and implemented.

Hope you're having a good day! Smiley Very HappyThat's a great question, at the moment the only manually logged activites that have the "steps" option is walking and running. As @MakMak's post, I'd also suggest you go to the Feature Requests board which is the perfect place to put all your innovations and suggestions to Fitbit.
