Device not synching after travel.

My Fitbit last synched on Oct. 14 before I travelled to Africa. I Travelled with it, but only put it on on my way back, in transit at Frankfurt Airport. I arrived here (The States) on the 25th. I has never synched since then. I have removed, and put back the battery, but nothing happens. The battery is full.

Any help? Someone?

Hi there @FitnessRunner, welcome aboard to our Community. I wonder how you are syncing? Are you using iOS, Android or a computer?

Thanks.I plugged the doggle directly to my computer, and it seemed to have resolved the issue. I am not very sure, but the time I pluged it in and the time it shows as haven been synced vary so much. 6 mins apart. Once more, thanks.
